SAMSUNG’S Galaxy Note 9 has been placed against the Apple iPhone Xs Max in the ultimate speed test and there’s one very clear winner. ✔ The Note 9 did manage to do this which meant it caught the Max up in the second round of app launching but it wasn't enough to take the victory ✔ The iPhone Xs managed it in 39 seconds with it its closest rival, the Galaxy S9+, taking almost two minutes longer to complete the same task

It's not clear how widespread the issue is. ✔ Evan Rodgers/Engadget It wouldn't be a major phone launch without some teething troubles, and the iPhone XS appears to be no exception to the rule ✔ Suffice it to say this could be inconvenient if you plugged in at night and were counting on a full charge the following day ✔ It just recently patched an Apple Watch bug that prevented devices from charging, for instance

Tesla and its CEO Elon Musk have agreed to pay a total of $40 million and make a series of concessions to settle a government lawsuit alleging Musk duped investors with misleading statements about a proposed buyout of the company. ✔ The SEC charged Tesla with failing to have required disclosure controls and procedures for Musk's tweets ✔ He used his Twitter account to promote the achievements of Tesla, his rocket launch company SpaceX, and other projects such as his tunnel venture, the Boring Co, to his nearly 23 million followers
