Tesla Direct is being offered on a 'first come, first serve basis,' the firm said. ✔ But it's said to be only available for referred buyers of an inventory Model S, Model X or the Performance Model 3 ✔ 'What an incredible job by an amazing team.'  The company has also been getting closer to achieving its delivery targets ✔ Tesla said it delivered 40,740 of those vehicles, which was slightly lower than what Wall Street analysts had hoped for
