But defecting isn't as hard as it used to be. ✔ Those wedded to Apple's ecosystem are still mostly stuck, as getting out is a lot of work, but those wedded to Google or others can pretty easily go wherever they like when in the market for a new phone (which, it must be said, is probably ideal for both Apple and Google)
