RYANAIR passenger Kathleen Dunne and her disabled grandson were removed from a flight twice in a row due to wheelchair restrictions that prevented the chair being taken on the flight. ✔ However, even on this flight, Kathleen said she was asked to leave the plane and taken to the hold where a member of staff was struggling with the chair - but vowed to get it on ✔ While OmniServ does not create policies around wheelchairs onboard flights, we endeavour to work closely with the airport, airlines and other service providers to ensure a seamless service to all passengers, including those with a disability or reduced mobility ✔ Express.co.uk has contacted Ryanair for further comment on the incident
