Pizza Hut is unveiling an automated pizza-making robot in a Toyota Tundra pickup at the SEMA Auto Show in Las Vegas on Tuesday. We got an early look. ✔ Uber is reportedly looking into developing drones that can deliver food, too, based on a job posting last week that caught the eye of several news outlets ✔ We're going to play with this prototype and then figure out what we can learn in order to build the future of our processes and our systems

Volkswagen and Mobileye plan to launching a ridesharing service in Israel using autonomous electric cars. Development work will begin in 2019, with full-scale commercialization in 2022, according to the partners. Many other companies plan to use self-driving cars in ridesharing programs. ✔ General Motors has indicated that it is close to launch a ridesharing service through its Cruise Automation division, while Ford has said the self-driving car it has promised to launch in 2021 will be aimed at commercial fleets rather than individual owners
