Apple has launched free repair programs that look to address hardware issues for the iPhone X and 13-inch MacBook Pro with no Touch Bar. Some iPhone X units are suffering from unresponsive touchscreens, while a specific batch of the 13-inch MacBook Pro is prone to drive failure. ✔ Apple did not specify any information on which batch of iPhone X units comes with the faulty display module ✔ However, before doing so, users are recommended to first back up their data, as the drive of the laptop will be wiped clean as part of the program
